About the speaker:
Julie Settlage joined Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health as an Equine Professional Services Veterinarian in May 2020.  She is a board certified large animal surgeon and has a masters in veterinary education.  Until joining Boehringer, her career focused on serving her alma mater, Virginia Tech, through clinical service, teaching, leadership positions, and research collaboration.  Utilizing her strengths in teaching and collaboration, Julie enjoys providing practice-centered education in her role at BIAH.
While she has lots of letters behind her name indicating that she is a bit of a nerd, she is actually just a normal human mom.  She is passionate about her family, her profession, and, her Peloton.
