Survey - Preparing Pets and their People

My name is Joedy Quintana, and I am a second-year veterinary student at Colorado State University. I am currently working on an internship this summer, which is a part of a wonderful team of CSU veterinary students and faculty. We are conducting a project called "Preparing Pets and their People". The purpose of this project is to raise awareness and normalize disaster planning and preparedness for veterinary clinics, clients, and pets. We have created a survey targeting individuals that work in a veterinary clinic in the US that takes roughly 2 minutes to complete. The first of 200 respondents will have the opportunity to win one of 10 $50 Amazon gift certificates. I am writing to distribute this survey to as many individuals working in a veterinary clinic in the state of Massachusetts as possible. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
