The purpose of this presentation is to discuss which antimicrobials should be restricted in veterinary hospitals. There will be a brief introduction to why there needs to be a protocol in place for restricting antimicrobials. Once the antimicrobials have been identiļ¬ed and discussed, examples of strategies to implementing restriction will be given.
This program has been submitted (but is not yet approved) for 1 hour of continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize RACE approval.
